Katie Hopkins – the undisputed star of BBC One show The Apprentice – and self-styled Alpha Female, shot to fame as the only candidate ever to say ‘no’ to Sir Alan Sugar - making a spectacular boardroom exit witnessed by over 6 Million viewers.

Katie (32) divided the nation with her caustic put-down’s and no nonsense attitude. She became well known for her pithy one-liners and the ability to ‘tell it like it is’.

An economist by background, Katie is a graduate of The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Working for ten years as a jet-setting brand consultant Katie has lived and worked across the globe in London, Tokyo and New York advising luxury brands on how to deliver exceptional business performance.

Since her high profile walk-out from Sir Alan’s boardroom she has gone on to launch her own successful consultancy firm – where she helps businesses do better. A recent project for a client yielded impressive results with a revenue uplift of 30%.

Katie’s television credits include; 8 Out Of 10 Cats (Channel 4) and the Friday Night Project (Channel 4). She has been a regular guest on BBC Breakfast, GMTV(ITV) and Loose Women (ITV). She presented a BBC Five Live Report on modern families called The F-Word and helped save a struggling local Post Office for the BBC’s Inside Out series.

Katie is a strong woman and has been described as ‘representing a new face of feminism’. She has worked in a man's world and she has been a consistent high achiever in it. She runs marathons, has two daughters and “a passion for beautiful shoes”.

Her quick wit and acerbic humour have made her a popular speaker on the speaking circuit. Katie has spoken to audiences as diverse as global banks and luxury brand houses.
